Christmas Special – Panettone and Chocolates MASTRO CIANURI – DECEMBER 2, 10:00 am EAST COST TIME
Panettone is the typical Italian Christmas “Bread-Cake”. It takes several days of kneading and rising and kneading and rising again so we will see different parts of the whole process.
There are different recipes but we will join the Mastro Cianuri family and see how they make their various panettone in an artisanal way.
Since they are also exquisite chocolate makers, we will see some of that too.
